Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Shipping
Petit Musee ships worldwide. Items which need special packaging might be delayed for transport. If this is the case, you will be contacted. Each item is professionally packed and shipped. A tracking number will be sent to you once the item(s) has been shipped. If you require special shipping requirements please contact us : infopetitmusee@gmail.com .
Delayed delivers may occur due to, but not limited to: weather, customs, inaccurate addresses, special packaging and waiting on necessary documents for shipping/customs.
All customs, brokerage fees, insurance and taxes will be paid by the client without exception.
