Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 7 to 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Items which need special packaging might be delayed for transport. If this is the case, you will be contacted. Each item is professionally packed and shipped. A tracking number will be sent to you once the item(s) has been shipped. If you require special shipping requirements please contact us : infopetitmusee@gmail.com .
Delayed delivers may occur due to, but not limited to: weather, customs, inaccurate information, special packaging and waiting on necessary documents for shipping/customs.
Petit Musee Ltd. is shipping on the clients behalf and holds no responsibility to any damages which may occur during transport. All customs, brokerage fees, insurance and taxes will be paid by the client without exception.

In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with FREE local pickup at : 1494 Sherbrooke Street West, Montreal, Quebec H3G 1L3 Canada. We at Petit Musee love nothing more than meeting our clients in person and getting to know them.
After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 5 to 7 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready!
Our in-store pickup hours are 11:00am-4:00pm between Tuesday to Friday or by appointment.
