Large Oval Oil Painting On Canvas

Depicting a seated man, women and their child. Set in an old wood frame. Signed and dated 1873. By Fanny Geefs born in Brussels 1807-1883 Schaerbeek. She studied with Francois-Joseph Navez and wife of Willem Geefs, a well known Belgium sculptor. The painting is titled “The Family” .
